Now de way everything in Trinidad well tie up like market crab, ah hoping that the talk about privatisation of BWEE is an unrelated story.

Finally on a (maybe) lighter note, the American-born Archbishop of T&T, Edward Gilbert has finally added his 2 cents on de Trinity Cross Matter... and that is,"an alternate and equally-ranked award should be offered to non-Christians." In a very related story... after ole thief break into he house and marf his original Trinity Cross 10 years ago, mass-man Peter Minshall was awarded a replacement on Wedneday by President George Maxwell Richards in a private ceremony. If Manning takes care of business next month, then Minshall will be the last recipient of the nation's current highest award.

Aye before we run, if you are still holding on to your football high... the Soca Warriors are set to face Japan in an international friendly match in Tokyo on Aug 9th. It will be the warriors first match under new head coach Wim Rijsbergen, who was appointed last week to replace fellow Dutchman, Beenie (Leo Beenhakker), who has been signed by Poland.
